FULLY EQUIPPED SHOP

Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary tools for mechanical manufacturing. Equipped with the Makino DA500 5-axis machining center — an ideal solution for large-scale, complex projects. Key features include:

Featuring a wide A-axis tilt range of +30° to -120° and 360° continuous C-axis rotation, along with a Φ500 mm worktable, this machine enables multi-face complex machining in a single setup, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy.

The spindle is equipped with an HSK-A63 taper, offering a maximum speed of 20,000 rpm and torque of 150 Nm. It delivers exceptional performance in high-speed aluminum cutting as well as heavy-duty machining of difficult-to-cut materials.
